QHealth endorses General Practice requests of wearing a mask in health care settings due to the Covid risk still being present. As such we ask that you bring a mask along to your appointment for the protection of yourself as well as our team and vulnerable patients sitting in our waiting room. If you do not bring a mask along, we may ask that you pay a nominal fee to cover the cost of providing one to you. If you do have any cold/flu symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, tonsillitis, running nose etc or even if you think that this may be your asthma, allergies, sinusitis etc please advise us prior to the appointment so that we may provide you the appropriate care in a safe manner and may arrange a telephone consultation instead. If you are New Patient with any of the above symptoms we request that you have a negative RAT test to have a face-to-face appointment.
